Today is the big day that the swedish people has been waiting for! The crown princess is finally getting married!

All the worlds royalties has gathered in Stockholm to celebrate and meet over fancy dinners and concerts.

TV is covering everything and its the only thing that they are talking about. There are discussion everywhere about the monarchy and if it should remain or not. I really admire the royal family for the work they are doing with promoting Sweden and i would never want Sweden to be a republic. I think Sweden would loose a big part of its originality in the world and it provides a stability to the political system.

Enough with that statement... !

What is sure that there was not a dry eye in Sweden yesterday when the showed the wedding concert on TV. It was a great program with a lot of romantic music. In the end a children choir came in and sang a beautiful love song in swedish to the bride and groom and then even the king and queen cried (something that has never been shown on TV!).

It feels so good in every Swede that the crown princess Victoria has found someone to love. and it really shows that they are in love! The royal family are so public persons and that is probably why it feels exeptionally good to see them so purely happy. The royal family is like a second family member since everyone has known about them since forever.

Tears of joy will be delivered here around 15.30 when the wedding ceremony starts.
